Job Description
This is a developmental role designed for a recent graduate with a strong interest in IT systems and support. As an IT Trainee, you will provide basic technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and learn to support critical IT infrastructure in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level IT support to users across the organization.
Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Help maintain and update IT systems and documentation.
Support IT infrastructure tasks, including device setup and software installation.
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical problems effectively.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in an IT Support role post-NYSC.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows/Linux operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
