Job Description
KFC Nigeria is currently hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to support its restaurant operations in Lagos. This role involves on-site preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of kitchen and facility equipment. The successful candidate will ensure that all machinery and systems are fully operational, safe, and up to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive and routine maintenance on kitchen and restaurant equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
- Keep maintenance records and logs
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Assist in reducing equipment downtime and improving efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols and industrial maintenance standards
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality maintenance is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
