Job Description

Available Positions
  1. Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking Energy I (Port Harcourt Desk)
  • Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
  • Category: Corporate Banking
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Process credit requests and maintain performing loan portfolios
  • Mobilize deposits and cross-sell bank products
  • Handle trade-related services like Letters of Credit and Bills for Collection
  • Monitor account renewals and ensure timely compliance
  • Support Business Manager in achieving budget targets and KPIs
  • Handle customer complaints within regulatory timeframes
Requirements:
  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. (Upper Credit for HND, minimum 2:2 for B.Sc.)
  • 2+ years of experience in relationship management or banking
  • MBA, ACCA, or other postgraduate/professional certifications are an added advantage

 

2. Technical Trade Specialist
  •  Location: Lagos, Nigeria
  • Category: Trade Operations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle processing and delivery of all Form A and Invisible Trade Products (PTA, BTA, Vendor Payments, Profit Repatriation, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with foreign exchange regulations and international trade rules
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of Nostro, GL, and Suspense accounts
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for platform and product development
  • Resolve customer issues related to invisible transactions
  • Prepare and submit required reports on a daily/monthly basis
  • Liaise with Treasury for FX provisioning
Requirements:
  • First Degree in any discipline
  • 3–5 years experience in Trade Operations
  • Trade Certifications (e.g., CDCS, CITF, CSDG) are an advantage
  • Strong understanding of foreign exchange guidelines and compliance
