Job Description
Peak Milk Nigeria is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Officer to support business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency in the supply chain and manufacturing processes while contributing to project execution and cross-functional collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage supply chain projects with proven project management experience
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operational workflow
- Analyze and enhance current supply chain processes
- Utilize ERP systems (particularly SAP) to improve system efficiency
- Work closely in a dynamic, multicultural environment
- Drive continuous improvement culture across operational levels
- Manage stakeholder communication and influence decision-making
- Ensure cost-effective practices while achieving supply targets
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management
- At least 2 years of experience in FMCG or manufacturing supply chain roles
- Strong understanding and practical use of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills
- High emotional resilience and team collaboration mindset
- Strong analytical, organizational, and advisory abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and in cross-functional teams
