1. Linesworker
Locations: Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Kwara
Job Description:
This role ensures the proper functioning and safety of overhead and underground power lines to maintain system stability and support business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect poles and lines, reporting abnormalities
- Build and maintain 33kV, 11kV, and 0.415kV networks
- Operate isolators, Ring Main Units, and other equipment
- Conduct fuse replacements and load balancing
- Adhere strictly to PPE and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Technical Certificate (NABTEB, City & Guilds, Trade Test, etc.) or OND
- 2–4 years’ experience in utilities or a similar role
- Relevant electrical certifications are an advantage

2. Distribution Substation Operator (DSO)
Locations: Osun, Ogun, Ibadan (Oyo), Kwara
Job Description:
This role involves managing substation operations to ensure seamless and safe power distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform switchgear operations according to SOPs
- Monitor substation equipment and transformer activities
- Record load readings and report operational issues
- Issue protection guarantees per IBEDC safety guidelines
- Maintain detailed operational logs
Qualifications:
- OND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- NABTEB, TRADE TEST I–III, NAPTIN certifications are advantageous
- 0–3 years’ experience in substation operations or electrical systems
