Job Description
We are hiring a Trainee Specialist to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. The successful candidate will support training initiatives within the organization and help drive employee development programs. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in training management while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of training programs.
- Travel as needed to promote and deliver training services.
- Maintain punctuality and uphold company values.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in verbal interactions.
- Ensure a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
- Apply basic technical and engineering knowledge in training-related tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a trainee specialist.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical/engineering knowledge.
- Willingness to travel for training programs.
