Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Program offers young, ambitious graduates the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the microfinance banking sector. This hands-on program provides mentorship from seasoned professionals, structured training, and practical exposure to the financial services industry.
As a graduate trainee, you will:

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Second-Class Lower (2:2) degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Completion of the NYSC program.

- Demonstrated interest in financial inclusion and entrepreneurship.
