Job Description
Salpha Energy is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics / Warehouse Officer to manage and oversee warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient supply chain management and successful distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory tracking and stock management.
- Ensure timely distribution and delivery of products.
- Analyze logistics performance and recommend process improvements.
- Oversee supply chain and warehouse staff to maintain efficiency.
- Implement best practices in warehouse safety, operations, and record keeping.
- Collaborate with management to align logistics with business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a Logistics or Warehouse Officer.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Solid commercial and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of effective logistics and distribution management.
