1. Executive Director, Business Development (Real Estate – Wemabod)
The Executive Director, Business Development (EDBD) will drive Wemabod’s growth agenda by:
- Developing innovative financing models
- Leading investment analysis and capital-raising initiatives
- Identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Building strategic partnerships with investors, financial institutions, and government agencies
- Providing leadership and mentoring to the Business Development team
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years’ progressive experience in real estate, investment banking, or corporate finance, with at least 7 years in executive/senior leadership roles
- Proven expertise in real estate financing, investment structuring, and deal closure
- Strong understanding of Nigerian and international real estate markets and regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Master’s Degree (MBA, MSc in Finance/Investment/Real Estate) preferred
- Professional certifications (CFA, ICAN, ACCA, RICS, NIESV, etc.) are an added advantage
- Strong financial modeling, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- High ethical standards, integrity, and resilience under pressure
2. Interventional Radiologist
The Interventional Radiologist will work in the Diagnostic Services Department, using advanced imaging techniques to perform minimally invasive procedures (angiography, biopsies, stent placements, etc.). The role requires providing high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with multidisciplinary medical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform interventional procedures with imaging guidance
- Assess patients, review medical histories, and plan individualized procedures
- Educate patients about risks, benefits, and treatment options
- Ensure informed consent and deliver post-procedure care
- Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare professionals
- Participate in research, clinical audits, and quality assurance initiatives
- Mentor junior radiologists and medical staff
Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
- Residency in Diagnostic Radiology
- Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology (essential)
- Board certification in Interventional Radiology (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in interventional radiology practice
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care abilities
- Proven experience in research or clinical trials is an advantage
