Job Description
Aradel Holdings is seeking audacious, creative, and innovative graduates to join its 2025 Graduate Trainee Program. The program is designed to nurture the next generation of leaders who will help transform and redefine the Nigerian energy sector.

Qualifications & Requirements
- First degree with a minimum of Second-Class Upper (2:1) from a recognized university, OR
- HND with Upper Credit from an accredited institution.
- Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Civil, Process, Chemical, Structural, Geology, Computer Science, and other related STEM fields.
- Law, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Management Sciences.
- Must have completed NYSC (with valid certificate or exemption letter).
- Not more than 3 years post-graduation experience.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Digital savviness and adaptability.
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
