Job Description

The Coca-Cola International Leadership Trainee Program is designed for ambitious young professionals who aspire to become the next generation of global business leaders. The program, starting in April 2026, offers participants an accelerated path to leadership roles through structured learning, international exposure, and mentorship.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Applicants should demonstrate leadership potential, ambition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A/B.Sc./HND) in a relevant discipline, or final-year student available for full-time work.
  • 1–3 years’ work experience in business-related areas (e.g., sales, finance, logistics, digital commerce).
  • Proven leadership experience in work, student associations, NGOs, sports, start-ups, or community initiatives.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Open to relocation and international assignments.
  • Fluency in English; conversational knowledge of a local language is an advantage.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country of application.
