Job Description
Lafarge Africa Plc is inviting applications from highly motivated and innovative graduates for its 2025/26 Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme is designed to nurture future leaders in both technical and business areas through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on project experiences.
Programme Structure
- 1-Month Induction: Comprehensive onboarding on Lafarge culture, safety, and operational standards.
- 4-Month Rotation: Exposure to Manufacturing, Commercial, Logistics, Procurement, and other functions.
- 7-Month Specialization: Hands-on deep dive into a chosen area with real project responsibilities.
- Mentorship: Guidance from seasoned industry professionals to support career growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Second Class degree or equivalent, obtained no later than January 2023.
- Degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Strong digital literacy, with ability to use data analysis tools and remote collaboration platforms.
- 0–2 years work experience (exposure to a Plant environment is an advantage).
- Active involvement in student organizations, volunteer projects, or internships will be an added advantage.
