About

We are seeking a detail-oriented Stock Administrator to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of all food, beverage, and consumable items within our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, maintain proper inventory records, and support internal control and operational efficiency.

Job Description

Oversee stock receipt, storage, and issuance in line with company standards.

Maintain accurate inventory documentation and reconcile stock records.

Monitor stock levels and support purchasing decisions.

Ensure compliance with recipe-based requisitions and internal control policies.

Prepare periodic inventory and consumption reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Hospitality Management.

2–3 years of relevant experience in inventory or store administration within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management tools.

Must reside in Ikeja or nearby environs.
