Job Description

Xiaomi Technology Nigeria is hiring a Customer Support Officer (Administrative/Customer Support Associate) to manage client interactions, administrative duties, and bilingual communications.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison for French-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, timely issue resolution, and accurate documentation in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact point for French-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide accurate solutions to client issues.
  • Maintain and update customer data using CRM, ERP, or internal databases.
  • Prepare and translate documents, correspondence, and presentations between English and French.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing electronic files.
  • Generate accurate reports and contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline.
  • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) — a mandatory requirement.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Administration, or a client-facing role (preferably in Technology, Telecommunications, or Consumer Electronics).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
