Job Description
PalmPay is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support its rapidly growing teams across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will handle core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in fintech or technology-driven organizations
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite
