Job Description
The Transcorp Graduate Development Program 2026, also known as Transcorp Ignite 2026, is designed to develop the next generation of young engineering professionals for the power sector.
The program runs from January to December 2026, beginning with a 3-week intensive learning session, followed by rotational placements across Transcorp’s power plants. Participants will gain hands-on experience, real-world project exposure, and structured career development across the power business.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant Engineering field
- 0–1 year related work experience
- Strong interest in power systems, engineering operations, and technical learning
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Must be a Nigerian graduate committed to building a career in the energy sector
