1. Store Officer (Lagos)

Job Description

The Store Officer will manage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, dispatching goods, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods.
  • Store materials in designated locations.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch spare parts accurately.
  • Maintain inventory records and support stock counts.
  • Ensure warehouse safety and cleanliness.
  • Assist in loading, unloading, and reporting discrepancies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BSc/HND in any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
  • Professional certification is an added advantage.

2. Driver (Lagos)

Job Description

Responsible for the safe, timely transportation of management staff and high-level personnel while complying with all operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate vehicles and follow traffic laws.
  • Conduct pre-trip checks and ensure vehicle readiness.
  • Maintain mileage, fuel, and maintenance records.
  • Plan routes efficiently and comply with transport regulations.
  • Keep vehicle clean and report incidents immediately.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years driving experience.
  • SSCE/OND minimum.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Defensive driving certification (added advantage).
  • LASRI card (for Lagos-based drivers).

3. Spare Parts Advisor – Lagos & Abuja

Job Description

Handles daily spare parts and service enquiries, ensuring timely delivery of accurate parts to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage parts sales and workshop enquiries.
  • Prepare estimates and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory bins and reordering needs.
  • Track lost sales for inventory control.
  • Support department sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BSc/HND, preferably Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years automotive spare parts sales/service experience.
  • Strong familiarity with EPC systems and inventory software.

4. Transport Supervisor (Lagos)

Job Description

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day transport operations, resolving logistics challenges, and ensuring seamless vehicle and driver coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily/weekly transport schedules.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure roadworthiness.
  • Track maintenance needs and update vehicle records.
  • Monitor transportation costs and prevent overloading.
  • Manage driver training and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BSc/HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in automobile/transport environment.

5. Transport Manager (Lagos)

Job Description

Oversees all logistics operations including transportation, distribution, and delivery, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Manage department budget and vendor contracts.
  • Optimize transport routes, methods, and 3PL partnerships.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
  • Lead and mentor logistics personnel and drivers.
