1. Recovery Officer

Job Description

The Recovery Officer is responsible for managing delinquent accounts, reducing bad debt portfolios, and driving the bank’s debt recovery processes across designated regions. The role involves direct engagement with debtors, collaboration with legal authorities, collateral inspection, documentation, and ensuring proper recovery posting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recover delinquent accounts and reduce bad debt exposure.
  • Conduct recovery drives and engage recovery agents.
  • Attend court sessions to monitor pending cases.
  • Inspect collateral and enforce foreclosure on non-performing assets.
  • Work with law enforcement and courts on trespassed mortgaged assets.
  • Review repayment plans and recommend actions to management.
  • Track fraudulent debtors through petitions and follow-ups.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual recovery reports.
  • Post customer recoveries and clear concluded accounts.
  • Maintain confidentiality and information security.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • First Degree or equivalent in Business or Law-related discipline.
  • Legal background is required (ability to interpret contracts and regulations).
  • Master’s degree, MBA, or professional certification is an added advantage.

2. Area General Services Coordinator (AGSC)

The AGSC oversees branch facilities, infrastructure management, construction, renovations, and maintenance across multiple locations outside Lagos. The role ensures world-class branch ambience, brand consistency, and operational excellence in building, engineering, and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality branch ambience and consistent aesthetics.
  • Lead construction, renovation, and branch relocation projects.
  • Manage civil infrastructure maintenance (roof, ceiling, tiling, repainting).
  • Supervise maintenance of critical systems (generators, transformers, UPS, CCTV, fire systems, AC units).
  • Oversee installation and maintenance of communication masts and safety systems.
  • Ensure availability and maintenance of work tools and signage.
  • Coordinate branding and regulatory signage at branch locations.
  • Supervise vendors, contractors, and manage SLAs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in facilities and infrastructure management (preferably in financial services).
  • Strong track record in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and multi-location team leadership.

3. Change Management Associate

Job Description

The Change Management Associate supports change initiatives, coordinates logistics, maintains documentation, designs communication materials, and helps track adoption metrics as part of organizational transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in change impact assessments and readiness checks.
  • Coordinate logistics for trainings, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Maintain stakeholder maps, feedback logs, and change documentation.
  • Support value tracking and alignment with project plans.
  • Design branded flyers for communication campaigns using Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, or Photoshop.
  • Manage flyer requests and deliver within timelines.
  • Monitor and report change adoption metrics.
  • Identify risks and escalate issues to the Team Lead.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • First degree in Business, IT, or related disciplines.
  • Master’s degree, MBA, or professional certification is an added advantage.
  • 0–4 years in change management, project support, data initiatives, or technology delivery (preferably in financial services).
  • Portfolio of previous flyer design work required.
