Job Description
Speedaf Nigeria Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high volumes of communication, ensuring timely follow-up, and providing clear and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through calls and emails.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction with services rendered.
- Determine the fastest and most effective way to provide accurate responses.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Manage high-volume incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide timely and appropriate solutions while maintaining service quality standards.
- Follow team communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers through open communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of NCE or OND.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent listening skills and strong customer orientation.
- Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.
