Job Description

Available Positions 

1. Customer Support Team Lead

Job Description

LemFi is seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of its Customer Support function. The role focuses on maintaining operational excellence, improving workflows, and ensuring exceptional customer experience across all support channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update SOPs for customer support processes
  • Create and monitor SLAs to ensure timely ticket resolution
  • Review and redistribute escalated or “on hold” tickets
  • Lead and support team members to achieve KPIs and service targets
  • Conduct quality checks on ticket responses and documentation
  • Prepare weekly performance and incident reports
  • Manage escalations across email, phone, Slack, Jira, and other channels
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams
  • Recommend scalable workflow improvements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–5 years of customer support experience (fintech or banking preferred
  • Minimum 1 year leading a customer support team (remote leadership is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of CS operations, SOPs, SLAs, and QA
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and non-verbal)
  • High emotional intelligence and professional feedback skills
  • Ability to analyze root causes and suggest scalable solutions
  • Strong execution, reliability, and customer-centric mindset

2. Performance Marketing Designer

Job Description

LemFi is hiring a Performance Marketing Designer with strong creative and strategic abilities. The designer will oversee all paid ad creatives across static and motion graphics, influencing creative direction from research to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce static and video ads across Meta, TikTok, Google & Display networks
  • Use campaign data and insights to inform creative decisions
  • Research competitor trends and emerging ad formats
  • Build, test, and iterate ad concepts to improve CTR and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with brand, copy, and performance marketing teams
  • Maintain a scalable creative asset library
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience designing for paid media (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Figma, etc.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, metrics, and performance marketing
  • Ability to ideate creatively and execute at high quality
  • Ability to balance speed, experimentation, and brand accuracy
