The Market Sales Representative will ensure Saro Agrosciences products are available, visible, and consistently supplied to wholesale and retail customers in assigned open markets. The role focuses on driving sales, meeting KPI targets, expanding customer lists, and supporting marketing execution at the market level.
Job Description
Prepare and strictly follow a daily/weekly route plan
Develop and maintain an updated customer list with full details
Sell company products to both existing and prospective retail/wholesale customers
Meet all sales KPIs: Calls, IMS, Strike Rate, Collections, Average Order Size, etc.
Ensure product prices align with the official company price list
Grow customer base to meet monthly and annual volume/revenue targets
Ensure all sales are on cash basis unless approved credit applies
Report customer-related issues and market feedback
Support the generation of market intelligence for marketing plans
Merchandize and execute product displays to enhance brand visibility
