Job Description
Design and create layouts for stores, showrooms, offices, and production facilities
Develop architectural drawings, 2D/3D renderings, and detailed project plans
Supervise on-site construction, installations, and facility upgrades
Manage project timelines, budgets, materials, and vendor coordination
Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and the brand’s identity
Provide recommendations for structural and aesthetic improvements
Support facility maintenance and space optimization efforts
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree in Architecture (professional certification is an added advantage)
3–7 years experience in architecture, interior design, or retail space design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools
Strong project management, budgeting, and site supervision skills
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to convert brand concepts into functional spaces
