Job Description
The SEO & SEM Specialist will drive FairMoney’s search visibility, user acquisition, and paid traffic performance. This role involves developing data-backed SEO strategies, optimizing campaigns across Google Search, collaborating with product and engineering teams for technical SEO execution, and using analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SEO, SEM, or search-focused growth marketing
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Search Ads
- Proficiency with SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Search Console
- Strong understanding of Nigeria’s search ecosystem and user behaviour
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking systems
- Ability to collaborate with Product/Engineering for technical SEO implementation
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or high-growth marketplaces is a strong advantage
