Job Description

Chrisvirgy Homes is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Officer / Receptionist to manage front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to guests courteously and professionally
  • Manage front desk operations, calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Handle reservations, guest records, and visitor information
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2–4 years relevant experience

  • Guide clients on proper exercise techniques and fitness routines
  • Ensure safe use of gym equipment and adherence to safety standards
  • Motivate and engage clients of varying fitness levels

  • Monitor client progress and offer basic fitness guidance
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications & Requirements
