Job Description
FrieslandCampina is seeking a creative and results-oriented Junior Brand Manager to support the execution and growth of its brand portfolio. The role focuses on brand marketing, project execution, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen market presence and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies
- Assist in managing brand campaigns, product initiatives, and market activations
- Analyze market data, consumer insights, and campaign performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver brand objectives
- Support project planning, coordination, and execution
- Contribute creative ideas to drive brand growth and innovation
- Monitor brand performance and recommend optimization strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
- First degree in any discipline
- 0.6 – 3 years experience in a commercial or brand marketing role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity and innovation skills
- Excellent communication and persuasive abilities
- Results-driven attitude with strong ownership mindset
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel formulas, formatting, and optimization tools)
- Project management experience is an added advantage
