Job Description
Cyclofoss Technologies Limited is seeking a smart and detail-oriented NYSC Data Entry Intern to support its database and information management operations. The ideal candidate must be computer-savvy, accurate, and capable of handling large volumes of data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, upload, and update data accurately and efficiently
- Verify and validate existing data for accuracy and completeness
- Research and source additional information for incomplete records
- Review completed entries to eliminate errors and duplicates
- Properly utilize office equipment and assigned systems
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- HND (Distinction or Upper Credit) or
- Bachelor’s Degree (First Class or Second Class Upper – 2:1)
NYSC & Location
- Must be currently serving
- Must be posted to Amuwo Odofin LGA
- Must reside around FESTAC, Lagos
Skills & Competencies
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good spelling and grammar
- Ability to multitask and concentrate for extended periods
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer peripherals
