Job Description
Xpedient Expatriate Services is seeking a highly experienced Human Resource Officer to support and manage core HR functions across the organisation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
This role requires a mature HR professional with strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Handle employee relations matters and support workforce engagement
- Oversee HR administration, documentation, and personnel records
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal HR policies
- Provide HR support and advisory services to management and staff
- Support performance management and employee lifecycle activities
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
