Job Description
The EY 2026 Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip high-performing graduates with the skills, exposure, and professional foundation needed to build a successful career in professional services. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience across EY’s core service lines, including Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions, and Tax.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) degree
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Economics
- Actuarial Science
- Computer Science
- Mathematics or other related disciplines
- Completion of mandatory NYSC
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of motivation and interest in building a career in professional services
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Demonstrable interest in EY service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions, or Tax
