Job Description

Pluslife is seeking a highly organised and execution-focused Country Manager, Nigeria, to lead and coordinate projects within Nigeria and West Africa. The role involves managing partnerships, supporting technical implementation, aligning with headquarters teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of public health and development projects.

This position is ideal for professionals with strong project management experience, technical understanding, and exposure to NGO, government, or international development environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage Pluslife’s projects and operations in Nigeria
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between HQ teams, distributors, partners, and customers
  • Support the implementation of technical and application-related activities
  • Ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for country-level project communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support after-sales, application, and technical teams as required
  • Maintain high standards of organisation, documentation, and execution

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Health, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, International Development, Engineering, or a related field
  • Project experience in Africa, preferably Nigeria or West Africa
  • Familiarity with NGOs, government programs, or international development projects
  • Proven experience in project management or technical coordination
  • Ability to work across technical, application, and after-sales teams
  • Strong foundational technical understanding
  • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent organisational, execution, and attention-to-detail skills
