Job Description

Kursi Investment Limited is seeking a highly experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage complex schedules and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leadership.
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and official documents.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support strategic projects and follow up on action points to ensure timely execution.
  • Organize and manage virtual and physical meetings using modern collaboration tools.
  • Assist with logistics, planning, and coordination for executive engagements.
  • Be available for flexible work hours and travel when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Law, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing executive-level support to senior leaders, founders, or chairpersons.
  • Proven experience handling confidential information and engaging high-level stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, virtual meeting platforms, and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
