1. Technical Publisher
Job Description
The Technical Publisher will be responsible for managing, updating, and distributing Green Africa Airways’ technical and operational documentation in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish and manage all Green Africa technical manuals and documentation
- Develop amendment highlights in collaboration with manual owners
- Implement manual amendments and reissues where required
- Upload, print, and distribute updated manuals
- Ensure manuals align with the manufacturer, vendor, and Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) revision status
- Ensure timely dispatch and accurate incorporation of revisions
- Maintain an up-to-date register of all technical documents and their locations
- Distribute manuals and amendments to designated manual holders
- Maintain the aircraft and technical document library
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in a relevant field
- Proven experience in technical documentation management
- Proficiency in computer-based publishing applications
- Good knowledge of NCAA regulations and internal procedures
- Previous aviation industry experience is an added advantage
2. Flight Operations Auditor
Job Description
The Flight Operations Auditor will support Green Africa Airways’ safety and compliance goals by auditing flight operations, monitoring regulatory adherence, and supporting quality and safety management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with operational leads to manage operational risks
- Implement Civil Aviation Regulations and airworthiness requirements
- Ensure audit findings are resolved within approved timelines
- Advise flight operations teams on regulatory compliance and industry best practices
- Monitor compliance with NCAA regulations
- Implement and administer the Quality Audit Program
- Track and follow up on audit discrepancies
- Analyse flight data to improve training, IOCC, and crew performance
- Monitor flight crew, cabin crew, and dispatchers for license, medical, and training currency
- Ensure compliance with flight and duty time limitations
- Monitor subcontractors and suppliers for compliance with Green Africa standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering OR
- Former Cabin Crew license holder OR
- Former Flight Dispatcher license holder OR
- Former Commercial Pilot License holder
- Strong knowledge of NCAA requirements and aviation procedures
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial or private airline
- Must possess a recognized Auditor qualification
