Dangote Cement is now accepting applications for the 2026 Dangote Academy Industrial Maintenance Technician (IMT) Program.
Are you a recent graduate of a secondary school or technical college looking to build practical technical skills? This 18-month vocational training programme is designed to prepare young talents for careers in industrial and plant operations.
Delivered in collaboration with Workforce, the programme combines classroom learning, hands-on technical training, and real workplace exposure.

Qualifications & Requirements
