The Commercial Sales & Channel Manager will drive sell-in and sell-through across assigned channels, ensuring optimal merchandising and promotional visibility.
The role also focuses on building strong partnerships with organizations and communities to increase product adoption, bulk sales, and long-term revenue growth.
Job Description
Channel & Retail Growth
Secure product listings with key outlets in assigned channels
Prospect and onboard bulk purchase partners
Negotiate in-store promotions and premium placements
Ensure compliance with merchandising standards
Track sell-in and sell-through performance with weekly/monthly reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers
Partnerships & Community Engagement
Develop tailored partnership packages including learning programs and faith-based collaborations
Manage event activations across communities and retail outlets
Track bulk sales revenue and engagement impact
Marketplace & Operations
Set up and optimize product listings across assigned platforms
Manage inventory and coordinate fulfillment with logistics partners
Monitor competitor activities and marketplace trends
Collaborate with the Content Manager to ensure listings align with brand guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in retail account management or sales
Strong negotiation and in-store execution expertise
Experience in B2B sales or community engagement
Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
