Job Description
Capture and update client, investor, ajo, and loan records accurately
▪️ Maintain organized documentation for all client records
▪️ Use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to manage and update data
▪️ Supervise operational and production staff when required
▪️ Record materials used in production and monitor inventory levels
▪️ Prepare invoices and dispatch documents for delivery drivers
▪️ Submit daily and weekly operational reports to management
▪️ Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability in documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field
▪️ Must reside around Arepo axis (Magboro, Mowe, Ibafo, Berger)
▪️ Must be willing to work full-time onsite
▪️ Ability to handle confidential financial and client information
▪️ Experience in data management, inventory records, supervision, or administrative support is an added advantage
