Job Description
The Customer Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies targeted at specific customer segments. The role involves generating insights, designing end-to-end customer experiences, and supporting global marketing initiatives.
The position requires collaboration with product managers, sales teams, and marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of campaigns and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement value propositions for target customer segments.
- Design and optimize the end-to-end customer experience.
- Support the global marketing team with project coordination and campaign execution.
- Conduct market analysis to identify insights, unmet needs, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing activities such as content development, campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate on product launch readiness and marketing initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
