1. HR Executive
Job Summary
The HR Executive will support the HR Lead in managing daily human resource operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves recruitment coordination, HR administration, employee relations, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities including screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave requests, and workforce discipline processes.
- Assist with the implementation and enforcement of HR policies.
- Coordinate staff training schedules and internal communications.
- Prepare HR documents including contracts, letters, and policy updates.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programmes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Experience managing employee attendance systems and HR records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and HR systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be trustworthy, proactive, and discreet.
2. Maintenance Lead
Job Summary
The Maintenance Lead will supervise the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of factory equipment, reduce downtime, and implement preventive maintenance programs in line with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team responsible for machine upkeep.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure factory equipment operates at maximum efficiency.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.
- Enforce workplace safety standards and regulations.
- Work closely with production teams to minimize operational downtime.
- Prepare maintenance reports for management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND or BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial maintenance, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial machines and automation systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
