Qualifications & Requirements
First degree in any discipline
▪️ Minimum of 7 years HR experience, preferably within Telecommunications or Technology sectors
▪️ Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR compliance requirements
▪️ Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
▪️ Exceptional leadership, team management, and coaching skills
▪️ Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
