Job Description
Puff and Glaze Limited is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join its team in Gbagada, Lagos. The role involves managing high volumes of customer interactions, coordinating orders, and supporting event-related services in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries and providing prompt, professional responses
- Managing order coordination and supporting event bookings
- Maintaining clear communication across WhatsApp Business, email, and other platforms
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Supporting daily operations within the customer service unit
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in customer service within the food, hospitality, catering, or event industry
- Proven ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions efficiently
- Experience with order coordination, event bookings, or restaurant operations is an added advantage
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- High level of professionalism, patience, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, email tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software
