Job Description

Codar is seeking Senior Telesales Executives to manage and convert leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This hybrid role combines remote and on-site work at the Ikeja, Lagos office.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing inbound and outbound leads and converting them into paying customers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients over the phone
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Providing insights and feedback to improve sales processes

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in telesales or similar sales roles
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage
