Job Description
The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is a structured leadership development initiative designed to groom high-potential graduates into future leaders within the organization.
Participants will undergo a rotational program across key business areas, gaining hands-on experience and strategic exposure.
Key responsibilities
- Participating in structured rotations across Sales and Supply Chain functions
- Working in frontline roles such as field offices and production environments
- Contributing to business goals aligned with strategic pillars
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges
- Demonstrating leadership potential, innovation, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Recent graduate with 0–2 years of work experience
- Internship experience is an added advantage
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in different locations (full mobility required)
