Job Description

Applications are invited for the role of Customer Services Manager at Peak Milk Nigeria. The successful candidate will oversee customer service operations within the supply chain function, ensuring efficient order management, timely deliveries, and high-quality customer experience.

The role involves managing customer service teams, coordinating logistics and order fulfillment, handling complaints, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Operations

  • Supervise order processing across all supply points
  • Monitor shipment tracking and ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage invoicing and documentation processes
  • Resolve customer complaints and order-related issues

Performance Management

  • Deliver KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), sales targets, and cost efficiency
  • Forecast monthly sales and identify operational risks
  • Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead and develop the customer service team
  • Set performance objectives and conduct appraisals
  • Organize training and team development activities
  • Improve internal processes and workflow efficiency

Reporting & Supply Chain Improvement

  • Generate reports and dashboards for decision-making
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain
  • Improve customer satisfaction and service delivery systems

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service or supply chain management
  • Experience in FMCG or large retail environments is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and manage KPIs effectively
