1. Merchant Success Manager (Remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage merchant accounts
- Monitor transaction performance and identify risks
- Engage merchants to improve retention and growth
- Resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven decision-making ability
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Fintech or B2B experience is an advantage
2. Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate deployment processes
- Ensure system security and reliability
- Monitor performance and resolve production issues
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years experience in DevOps or SRE roles
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or Go)
- Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
