A dynamic real estate firm is seeking a result-driven Sales Closer to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth through strong client relationships and market expertise.

Job Description

▪️ Identify and generate new sales opportunities (field, referrals, digital)
▪️ Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
▪️ Conduct site inspections, presentations, and consultations
▪️ Build and maintain strong client relationships
▪️ Meet and exceed sales targets
▪️ Provide accurate details on pricing, features, and documentation
▪️ Follow up on leads to ensure conversion to sales
▪️ Prepare sales reports and track performance
▪️ Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications & Requirements

✔️ HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
✔️ 2–4 years sales experience (real estate is an added advantage)
✔️ Strong negotiation and closing skills
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and meet targets
✔️ Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
