Job Description
KPMG Nigeria is currently recruiting for multiple senior-level technology and consulting roles across Africa. These roles focus on automation, digital transformation, cybersecurity, portfolio management, and large-scale program delivery.

- Tooling & Automation Lead – Africa
- Velocity / Asset Enablement Lead – Africa
- ServiceNow SecOps / IRM Architecture Lead – Africa
- Regional Pod / Portfolio Lead
- Program / Delivery Director (Large Deals) – Africa
Key Responsibilities (Across Roles)
- Develop and implement automation and digital transformation strategies
- Manage enterprise-level technology platforms and delivery tools
- Lead architecture design and governance for complex IT systems
- Oversee multi-country project portfolios and resource allocation
- Drive efficiency through reusable assets and knowledge management
- Lead large-scale programs ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Provide strategic insights and contribute to business growth
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 8–12+ years relevant experience (depending on role)
- Experience in consulting, IT delivery, DevOps, automation, or program management
Professional Certifications (Role Dependent):
- PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CTA, CMA)
- DevOps or automation certifications
- Knowledge of ERP systems and cloud platforms
Core Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, and enterprise systems
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-market environments
