Job Description
The Senior HR Manager will play a strategic role in overseeing human resource functions and supporting the organization’s workforce planning. This position involves managing recruitment processes, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and corporate culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Director in workforce planning and HR strategy execution
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and build a strong talent pipeline
- Oversee salary administration and coordinate monthly payroll processes
- Implement performance appraisal systems and incentive programs
- Promote and reinforce corporate culture through HR initiatives
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward systems
- Lead training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
- Drive organizational development and employee engagement programs
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
Experience:
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of labor laws, especially within the FMCG sector
- Proven expertise in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage conflict resolution and foster a positive workplace culture
- Strategic thinking with strong organizational and planning skills
