1. Marketing Associate (Remote)
Arbital Health is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support and execute marketing initiatives across various digital and traditional channels. The successful candidate will contribute to campaign execution, content development, event coordination, analytics monitoring, and brand growth strategies.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating on innovative healthcare technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and event channels
- Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud tools
- Support conference, trade show, and event coordination
- Track website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools
- Create engaging marketing content including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and manage assigned marketing projects
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or related platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2. Actuary/Senior Actuary, Consulting Practice (Remote)
Arbital Health is hiring an experienced Actuary/Senior Actuary to join its consulting division. The selected candidate will lead actuarial consulting projects, analyze healthcare data, develop strategic insights for clients, and contribute to software solutions that support value-based healthcare systems.
The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience working with medical claims data and actuarial models.
Key Responsibilities
- Review actuarial analysis, methodologies, and technical code
- Manage customer data requirements and troubleshoot data-related issues
- Lead and coordinate client engagements
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
- Analyze healthcare trends and financial outcomes
- Identify operational and financial risks
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve adjudication platforms
- Improve workflow efficiency through standardized processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) preferred
- 7–10 years of experience working with healthcare or medical claims data
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Excellent project management and communication abilities
