1. DEX Customer Service Specialist
The DEX Customer Service Specialist will provide bilingual customer support and assist users with blockchain transaction-related issues while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional Chinese and English customer support
- Resolve transaction-related user issues
- Guide users through blockchain transaction verification processes
- Educate users on platform features and Web3 operations
- Provide security awareness against scams and phishing attacks
- Track bugs, feedback, and user sentiment
- Collaborate with product and development teams
- Maintain and update knowledge base and FAQs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Knowledge of blockchain and Web3 concepts
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with Ethereum and decentralized finance concepts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MetaMask, Discord, Telegram, and Twitter is an added advantage
2. Brand Intern
The Brand Intern will support branding, marketing communication, and content creation activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support brand planning and operations
- Assist with English content creation
- Help with promotional and communication materials
- Collaborate with team members across different regions
- Support marketing communication initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Undergraduate or recent graduate
- Interest in branding, marketing, or communications
- Strong Chinese and English communication skills
- Ability to work within UTC+8 timezone
- Good teamwork and execution skills
- Detail-oriented with willingness to learn
3. Risk Intelligence Operations Specialist
The Risk Intelligence Operations Specialist will monitor Web3 communities, track security threats, and support platform safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor risk intelligence across social media and Web3 communities
- Identify phishing, scam, and security threats
- Monitor public sentiment related to the company
- Build intelligence collection networks
- Improve risk monitoring processes and reporting systems
- Collaborate with technical teams on monitoring tools
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Web3 or cryptocurrency
- Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems
- Active user of Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
- Good English communication skills
- Strong analytical and monitoring skills
