Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed for young graduates seeking foundational experience in fintech and technical operations. It offers structured training, mentorship, and exposure to real-time production environments.
Selected candidates will participate in training and operational activities across technical and administrative units, gaining exposure to smart card production systems, EMV processes, and quality assurance frameworks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Must be between 20–29 years old
- Must have completed NYSC and possess discharge or exemption certificate
- Must reside within the Ibeju-Lekki axis of Lagos
- No prior work experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
