Job Description
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while providing essential administrative and front desk support. The role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to maintain a professional office environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and attending to visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answering phone calls, emails, and directing inquiries appropriately
- Managing front desk operations and maintaining office orderliness
- Handling basic administrative tasks and documentation
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Operating office equipment such as printers and copiers
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Supporting general office administration as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- OND, HND, or BSc in Hospitality Management or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with office equipment is an added advantage
