Job Description
The Clinical Trainee role is designed for licensed or unlicensed healthcare professionals seeking practical clinical experience under the supervision of qualified medical professionals.
Successful candidates will participate in patient care activities, assessments, treatment support, and professional clinical development programs.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Patient Care
- Conduct clinical interviews and patient assessments.
- Perform physical examinations and assist with treatments.
- Support patient care delivery under supervision.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare case notes and clinical documentation.
- Assist with diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.
Supervision & Training
- Participate in regular clinical supervision meetings.
- Develop practical therapeutic and clinical skills.
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with healthcare procedures.
Continuing Education
- Balance clinical responsibilities with academic learning and professional development.
- Participate in research and certification-related activities where required.
Qualifications & Requirements
